id=\"text_YwedGp0VHK3\">In Falkirk Council, our overarching aim is that all staff working with Falkirk Council&#8217;s Children\u2019s Services develop and support the literacy capacities and attainment of children and young people in our schools and early years settings.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>In order to achieve this aim our Falkirk Children\u2019s Services&#8217; Literacy and English Strategy:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li id=\"paragraph_amZbOqTwH33\"><span id=\"text_QziJjP_Xnk8\">shares and celebrates inspirational teaching and learning;<\/span><\/li>\n<li id=\"paragraph_NtZbOqjwH33\"><span id=\"text_S6JV4U-zrMD\">guides the ongoing development of excellent teaching practice in Literacy and English which meets the needs of all of our children and young people;<\/span><\/li>\n<li id=\"paragraph__ZZbOqzvH33\"><span id=\"text_qhqe9DOj152\">supports our aspiration that every learner achieves their full potential in reading, writing, talking and
