Creating animated movies with narration with Photostory 3

Microsoft Photostory 3 is a free software download which lets you add photographs and narration to create animated movies with various effects.

Create slideshows using your digital photographs.  You can modify, crop, or rotate pictures. Add special effects, soundtracks, and your own voice narration to your photo stories. Then, personalize them with titles and captions.

    Photostory 3 is fab! It is so easy to use and I can see many uses for it in school. If you haven’t tried it, you should!

    Photostory was really easy to use, going to attempt to use this with my pupils as a record of their time in P4. Will try and create a short movie showing the different things we have done this year.

    Photostory is great! I have used it with my class and they loved looking at their Dalguise photos using it. We are hoping to use this for our end of term assembly!

    We’ve used Photostory 3 to create reviews of a project we did with Historic Scotland. Primary 4 grasped this pretty easily.
