Commonwealth Day

People’s Palace – Glasgow
We all enjoyed our trip to the People’s Palace in Glasgow today. We had a ‘Swinging Sixties’ workshop in the mroning and in the afternoon we learned about World War 2. Have a look at some of our photographs.
Orienteering
We all enjoyed an orienteering session at Muiravonside Country Park. We worked as a team to follow a course and read a map. Well done everyone!
Hockey
We all enjoyed hockey sessions on Thursday. We will be having two more hockey sessions this term.
John Muir
We have been learning about John Muir this week. John Muir was passionate about nature. The John Muir Way is a new long distance path in Scotland. The John Muir way runs for 134 miles and we walked part of the path today.
We also enjoyed acatvties provided by the John Muir Trust.

Tae-Kwon-Do Session
We had a Tae-Kwon-Do taster session today. If anyone is interested in taking part in a Tae-Kwon-Do club, letters will be sent home tomorrow.

Bannockburn Trip
We all really enjoyed our trip to Bannockburn on Friday. We enjoyed creating our own battle in the battle room, watching the battle in a 3D experience and taking part in a workshop about clothing. Have a look at some of our photographs!
Internet Safety
