OUTCOME MEASURES The outcomes that we talk about are centred on the individual child and young person’s own life experiences. They should be what’s important to them and what matters in their life. The Integrated Children’s Service’s Plan (ICSP) has been updated to include the updated Commission delivery plans. Please make sure you have the correct version which you can download by click on the above image.

PARENTING CAPACITY ASSESSMENT FRAMEWORK All social worker’s will use this framework to help inform permanence planning. There is an expectation that a parenting capacity assessment report is provided to court for all permanence cases.
