…name that tune? So, is Lost (on Channel 4)the new gripping series for us to be newly gripped by? Different than the police focused CSI family, 24, Law and Order etc. Quite a few familiar faces to spot in the series, people from Oz, from 24, from Kingdom Hospital, others and that Lord of the Rings thing you may have heard about.
Got a bit bizarre with a Godzilla mystery creature and Polar Bears on a random island. French voices hint at nuclear testing zone… but there is sufficient groundwork for good story development…
watched a bit of it last night on channel 4’s catch up showing.Hmmmcheckers, white and black, old white man young balck boy?polar bear, in the woods, radio not working?girls kinda looking nicePregnant girl starts feeling her baby kick>I know I was tired but i was slightly confursed by all the story lines.STill the Mighty Boosh returns to show us real surreal programming soon.
“Do you feel like a puzzle You can’t find the missing pieceTell me how you feeeel…”Couldn’t resist. In regard to ‘Lost’, I’ve heard that the fan forums are saying it is purgatory, and the people didn’t really make it through the accident. Other theories are hypnotism, and then of course the classic alien storyline. Too confusing, too many loose ends to tie up.
it’s sometimes good to just go along with the story and not worry too much about the bigger picture. There will always be “conspiracy theories” … there is a series 2 coming out, so at least we know they’ll still be Lost at the end of this series.
