As detailed in your handbook, EMA is paid for 100% attendance in every timetabled class. If you are absent, your payment may be withheld. If you have a query about how absence will affect your EMA please contact your school or EMA Team and check your handbook and our previous posts:

The next fortnightly payment run is complete and due to reach accounts on Friday 27th April. For school pupils, this includes payment for weeks ended 30th March & 20th April with no payment being due for the holiday weeks. For Activity Agreement young people who have worked throughout the Easter period, payment will be due for 4 weeks ended 20th April.

A quick reminder as exam season approaches that EMA will continue to be paid over your study leave, providing you adhere to your school’s official study leave dates and of course, attend your exams.

Due to essential planned maintenance to the Councils ICT network there will be significant interruption on Sunday 22nd April between the hours of 08:00 and 17:00. This may affect access to Falkirk EMA on the Falkirk Council website.
