STRETCH AIM

To ensure that 95% of all children within each Community Planning Partnership have reached all of the expected developmental milestones at the time the child ends Primary 4, by end of 2021.

This Stretch Aim is still in draft format – as yet there is no driver diagram available.

Workstream 5 is  at a very early stage in Falkirk.  There may be opportunity to apply the Early Years Collaborative methodology around two keys areas.  These would be the extension of the POPP Programme into P1-4 parents and the development of Nurture Classes into Nurture Schools in Falkirk.  We will require assistance from many stakeholders to develop Tests of Change acorss this workstream.
