To ensure that 85% of all children within each Community Planning Partnership have reached all of the expected developmental milestones at the time of the child’s 27‐30 month child health review, by end of 2016.

Some Key Change Areas at present:

There are some tests of change within Workstream 2 relating the the play@home resource, Bookbug adn Scottish Childminding Association training.  There are 2 days of Bookbug training starting 24th January and 14 staff from across Falkrik Services will attend – they will be asked to complete a pre and post training questionnaire to assess their knowledge and awareness of Every Day’s a Learning Day resource.

Infant Message testing for Workstream 1 is linking with this workstream and tests are being carried out by Early Years Outreadh at Aberlour.

With regard to the 27-30 month checks – assessment tools will be trialled in Langlees Family Centre and run charts continue to be detailed from Health Visitors.
