In order to improve communication within the Away Team, representatives from Falkirk’s Away Team –  Daniel Barrie, Karen Thomson, Winnie Delaney and Candace Sinclair attended the Improvement Bootcamp on 30th and 31st January 2014.

Their overall aim of their improvement project is  “Improving communication and increasing engagement in EYC that will contribute to improving outcomes for children across Falkirk .”

They have been working on developing the blog and how to ensure that all workstreams are sharing information regarding tests of change and updates with regard to regular meetings.  They will be measuring the number of away team delegates who access the blog currently and monitor the improvement in this.
