Comhairle nan Sgoilear – Pupil Council <\/strong><\/h1>\n

Children have a say in school decision-making through their Pupil Council. Members meet weekly with a teacher to discuss issues raised by their classmates and to express ideas and opinions. Each meeting has an agenda and minutes are taken. The Pupil Council Chair is responsible for reporting back after each meeting to the whole school during our Friday assembly.\u00a0 The Pupil Council is one means of ensuring that young people develop positive attitudes and an opportunity to take part in \u2018real life\u2019 decision making within their own school setting.<\/p>\n
