Create a test log and thoroughly test that your application functions as expected.
Record any errors on the log and then rectify those errors.
Once the errors are successfully rectified make sure to indicate so on the log.
Doing this should meet points 1 and 2 in the 3rd outcome:
- Outcome 3 – Test an application
- Carry out testing using an appropriate test strategy
- Rectify errors identified and track any changes
- Demonstrate the application

In this example errors were found. Once they have been fixed another copy of this test table will be completed to check not only that those errors are fixed but that no new errors have been introduced.
