As you may know, the scheme launched in January this year allowing children and young people aged 5-21 who live in Scotland to travel for free by bus with a valid National Entitlement Card (NEC) or Young Scot NEC.

We’re already seeing lots of young people benefitting from the scheme, and in September we launched a nationwide marketing campaign to increase awareness and understanding of the scheme and to encourage even more young people to apply.
