RSHP Consultation with Parents

An online consultation was developed by the RSHP Working Group to gather the views and opinions of parents and carers about the Lewis programme.

The consultation closed to responses on 23 November 2023.

The consultation sought to give parents and carers the opportunity to view the content of the programme and materials published online and to give feedback about it. The consultation did not encompass the provision of feedback on national guidance for the teaching of RSHP nor the content of the national CFE curriculum for Health and Wellbeing.

Upon conclusion of the consultation, submissions were collated, feedback was reviewed and considered in terms of further development of the programme, as far as that was possible in respecting duties and requirements of the 2000 Act, the national statutory guidance and the content of the Health & Wellbeing curriculum.
