S4 Course

In S4, pupils will continue to develop the skills that were covered in S3 as they prepare for their assessments at National 3, 4 or 5.

 

The National 3 course consists of:

Producing Language

Pupils will complete assessments of their writing and talk skills

Understanding Language

Pupils will complete assessments of their reading and listening skills

 

The National 4 course consists of:

Creation and Production

Pupils will complete assessments of their writing and talk skills

Analysis and Evaluation

Pupils will complete assessments of their reading and listening skills

Added Value Unit

The Added Value Unit gives pupils a chance to combine their reading, writing, talk and listening skills to complete a project where they focus on a particular topic.
