The Design and Technology department offer achievement awards within an excellence category and progression category. Furthermore, we use a postcard merit system for recognising individual achievements with regard to sustained learning and development within specific areas across the\u00a0Design and Technology curriculum. Currently we are only giving awards to S1 and S2, however we plan to expand this in the coming year. For S1 and S2 pupils, awards will be given to six pupils at the end of November and six pupils at the end of April. The criteria pupils are required to meet and the breakdown of awards is shown below.<\/p>\n
