Head Teacher<\/strong><\/p>\n

Miss Boyle has overall responsibility for driving forward the school\u2019s vision and values. She has strategic responsibility for curriculum, celebrating achievements, providing opportunities for all young people to participate in the wider life of the school and ensuring that they perform to the best of their ability in National examinations. She monitors and evaluates school policies and procedures.<\/p>\n

Miss Boyle has overall responsibility for staff management, staff development, budgets, resources, participation, consultation and self-evaluation for self-improvement.<\/p>\n

She is the school\u2019s external representative and correspondent and is adviser to the Parent Council. She is also responsible for health and safety and publicity.<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/section>\n

\"\"Miss Lorraine Hall<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Depute Head Teacher (S1 & S2)\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

Miss Hall has responsibility for all matters relating to S1 & S2. Transitions from Primary 7 to Secondary are also the responsibility of Miss Hall and she co-ordinates all events and communications with our three Cluster Primary schools.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Miss Hall leads pupil support and coordinates the school child protection & safeguarding practices. She is also our school Equalities, Diversity, and Inclusion co-ordinator. Miss Hall maintains an overview of our Learning for Sustainability programme, works closely with partners and leads our religious observance programme. She also leads the school in our approach to Promoting Positive Relationships.<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n

\"\"Mr Graeme Lamb<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Depute Head Teacher (S3 & S4<\/strong>)<\/p>\n

Mr Lamb has responsibility for all matters relating to S3 & S4. He oversees procedures to ensure correct curricular pathways and effective post school transitions.<\/p>\n

Mr Lamb leads on Learning and Teaching within the school, and is responsible for our Self-Evaluation and Quality Assurance processes.\u00a0 As ICT coordinator, Mr Lamb also leads on digital pedagogy and approaches. Mr Lamb is responsible for the school timetable and calendar. He is also the school Regent for Provisionally Registered Teachers.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Mr Lamb is responsible for maintaining school policies, including attendance and Promoting Positive Relationships.<\/p>\n

Mr Lamb also has responsibility for staff welfare and class cover allocation.<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n

\"\"Mr Scott Higgins<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Depute Head Teacher (S5 & S6)<\/strong><\/p>\n

Mr Higgins has responsibility for all matters relating to S5 & S6. He is also responsible for Qualifications Scotland Examinations, UCAS and EMAs. Mr Higgins oversees tracking and monitoring at all levels and supports staff to engage meaningfully with a range of data.<\/p>\n

Mr Higgins coordinates prefects and School Captains and oversees Graduation and upper school events. He manages the Vocational Training Programme and has responsibility for College links and liaison with Skills Development Scotland.<\/p>\n

Mr Higgins also organises our supported study and Easter school provision.<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/section>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
