P2b closely observed the majestic shape of our native stag beatle. Well impressed by it’s war like antlers! They had to think composition and scale initially. Then they sketched the three main body parts before adding horns and legs. Finally they edited their own sketches with marker pen. Great attempts all round. Can’t wait to see them brought to life when coloured!
