‘The mix’ are suggested by the young minds charity. They offer a helpline, text service and some short term counselling to deal with crisis situation and some of their support is available 24 hours a day. Importantly they target people under 25 and their web chat is available to those aged 10-18 years old.

Tip of the day – daily doodle
Local artist Kayleigh has been involved in creating the ‘mindful art programme’ within St Ninian’s. This has proven to be a valuable self- care tool, which encourages pupils to use art as a way of checking in and taking time out, to help cope with daily pressures.
