Heavenly father, I am your humble servant,
\nI come before you today in need of hope.
\nThere are times when I felt helpless,
\nThere are times when I feel weak.
\nI pray for hope<\/p>\n

Help me to walk in your light, and live
\nmy life in faith and glory.
\nIn your name I pray.<\/p>\n

Tuesday 6 February<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n

Heavenly father, I am your humble servant,
\nI come before you today in need of hope.
\nI need hope for a calm and joyful future.
\nI need hope for love and kindness.
\nI pray for peace and safety.
\nSome say that the sky is at its
\ndarkest just before the light.
\nI pray that this is true, for today seems stormy and dim.
\nI need your light, Lord, in every way.
\nI pray to be filled with your light.
\nHelp me to walk in your light, and live
\nmy life in faith and service.
\nIn your name I pray.<\/p>\n

Wednesday 7 February<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n

Today is the Feast of Saint Paul of Miki a Jesuit novice who had just completed eleven years of training. Paul\u2019s noble family was converted when he was a child and at age five he was baptised. Educated by Jesuits, the gifted youth joined their novitiate at age twenty-two. He had studied intensively the teachings of the Buddhists so as to be able to debate their priests. Sadly he was martyred at a very young age<\/p>\n

Thursday 8 February<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n

Almighty God May You go before me and lead me. \u00a0I pray that I would allow Your Holy Spirit to guide me today and that I would be a light to others. \u00a0May Your light shine through me and may Your love bless those around me. \u00a0I pray that I would be patient, kind, and considerate. \u00a0I pray that Your character would flow from me as I put others first.<\/p>\n

I pray to be filled with your light from head to toe.<\/p>\n

it to be.<\/p>\n

Help me to walk in your light, and live my life in faith and glory.<\/p>\n
