On Thursday 5th March we celebrated World Book Day.\u00a0 Our teacher set up lots of great activities.<\/i><\/b><\/p>\n
She organised numerous spectacular quizzes and crosswords and each group had to discuss the correct answer for each question about books. The teacher also prepared some fantastic bookmarks which had something that resembled to\u00a0 like reading, it had something related to books.\u00a0 We listened to Michael Morpurgo talking about how he plans and writes his stories and then we listened to an extract from one of his books.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n \u00a0<\/i><\/b>China-Map and Atlas skills<\/i><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n We were working with Atlases on Thursday and Friday it was so much fun.\u00a0 We\u00a0<\/strong><\/em>were to answer different questions and<\/strong><\/em>\u00a0used our atlas knowledge to find our information.\u00a0 \u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n We all think atlases are very useful and a great way to learn about the countries around the world.<\/strong><\/p>\n Written children in P5a.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":" On Thursday 5th March we celebrated World Book Day.\u00a0 Our teacher set up lots of great activities.
