We recognise that today\u2019s students hold the key to the next generation of solutions. Through courses on Future-Ready Skills, Career Tasters and Employability Skills, participants will develop the insights and capabilities needed to succeed in engineering and business.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Why take part?<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Understand what engineering and business careers (Project Managers, Aerospace Engineers and more) actually involve<\/li>\n<li>Recognise which roles and skills feel right for you<\/li>\n<li>Learn the next steps you can take \u2013 from further training to applying for roles at Rolls-Royce.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Who can apply?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The platform is aimed at students currently in Years 10 and above looking for the opportunity to prepare for entry into the professional world, helping to boost confidence and develop essential skills.
