Project Co-Ordinator"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>There is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic and hardworking individual to become an apprentice project co-ordinator within Mitie.<\/p>\n<p>The successful candidate will be supporting the Project Manager and be responsible for:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Maintaining project trackers in excel daily<\/li>\n<li>Maintaining project info on Facilities Management software called Maximo daily<\/li>\n<li>Financial management \u2013 raising PO\u2019s, receipting invoice values, monitoring projects spend in SAP<\/li>\n<li>Weekly meetings with Project Managers<\/li>\n<li>Working with 2 others Project coordinators<\/li>\n<li>Attending monthly meetings in Manchester \u2013 if required, with other Project Coordinators<\/li>\n<li>Use of Excel, PowerPoint and Word<\/li>\n<li>Use of SharePoint for document storage<\/li>\n<li>Use of bespoke digital project management software called Asite<\/li>\n<li>Working with contractors, clients, PMs and
