Kenneth Macleod Travel Limited is a privately owned Independent Travel Agency based in Giffnock.\u00a0They have been established since 1978 and have over 35 years experience in the Travel Trade. Kenneth Macleod Travel is well known for its professional and knowledgeable staff who are committed to finding the right holiday for every client.<\/p>\n
In a typical day you will be responsible for collecting customer information, updating details to produce and print clients travel documents. Speaking with potential customers and existing clients to arrange bespoke holidays.Correspond with customers regarding bookings.<\/p>\n
This apprenticeship will be linked to a Scottish Vocational Qualification in Travel and Tourism.<\/p>\n
This will include seven units in total within the leisure and business SVQL2 framework;\u00a0Three of which will be mandatory, one additional specialist unit and three optional units.<\/p>\n
Requirements required for this position are;<\/p>\n
Maths achieved at Intermediate L2 or above
\nEnglish achieved and intermediate L2 or above
\nGood telephone manner
\nGood Administration skills
\nGood communication skills<\/p>\n
