As part of Digital Learning Week Mrs Neil taught us how to develop our coding skills. We were able to give ‘Dash’ and ‘Dot’ instructions to speak, move and talk! It was great fun.
P2a have been busy making Pitta pizzas. We have been discussing countries since International Day. We chopped and chose our own toppings. They were delicious!
P2a has been planting sunflower seeds. We are going to look after them well and hope that they grow!
P2a have been learning about the forces push and pull. We used toys to investigate if they should be pushed or pulled to move.
P2a & P2c have been taking part in dance lessons. this week we were pirates. We had to move like a ship sailing the sea, move as thought we were in a sword fight and do jobs like a pirate. We had great fun!
In preparation for International DAy P2a made soda bread to represent the country Ireland. We even made our own butter aswell.
Primary 2 had a lovely time showing off their Easter crafts to each other. They also enjoyed working with Primary 6 as part of their egg hunt and sequencing the Easter story.
P2a and P2c went to the link corridor to reflect on their knowledge of the stations of the cross, in preparation for Easter.
P2a, P2b & P2c had great fun at East Renfrewshire’s Football Development Tesco Bank Festival 2018 this morning. They loved developing their football skills and meeting boys and girls from other schools.
