We have been completing a block of gymnastics using various equipment to further our skills. We\u2019ve been working on rolls, jumps and balance.<\/p>\n

We\u2019ve been using the \u2018runway\u2019 to work on forward rolls, backwards roll, cartwheels and balances.<\/p>\n

We\u2019ve been practising our balance and coordination.<\/p>\n

\nWe\u2019ve also been working on various jumps including landing safely from a height.

Throughout the block we were able to identify areas we wanted to work on and also skills we wanted to celebrate. Children have demonstrated good progress in their gross motor skills.
