In RE, P5a were continuing to learn about traditional Celtic prayers this week.\u00a0 Our focus was on St Patrick’s Breastplate this week.\u00a0 It is a prayer asking God for protection, afterwards the class wrote their own prayers asking God for protection and thanking him for his love and guidance.<\/p>\n
As part of our topic ‘Craigie to the Clyde’ and our learning about maps, p5 used the Ipads to explore Google Earth and create a journey along the River Clyde.\u00a0 They dropped pins all along the river from Greenock through the City of Glasgow.\u00a0 We loved seeing the 3D images of iconic landmarks such as the cruise ships in the port, the Riverside Museum and the Hydro.<\/p>\n
