The children worked in mixed ability pairs to solve Mathematical word problems. They decided on the most appropriate strategy to solve a multi-step word problem. They selected from bar models, empty number lines and standard algorithms (calculations).

As part of our Pope Francis Faith Award, We met father McGill and interviewed him.  We had a great time learning about his life and daily routines.

P6 participated well in exploring unfamiliar Rights of the Child and discussing ways in which we can display our commitment to the rights in our everyday actions and interactions with others.
