Google Classroom Help

Dear Parents and Carers,

I’ve received a couple of messages about problems logging into Google Classroom. All of the children are already a member of our Google Classroom and have been using it in class. They do not require a code to join as they are already a part of it. The issue lies with the device being used at home.

A message relating to a code being required means that the device that is being used probably has an email account linked to it that needs to be logged out from. It’s automatically trying to use a previously used email on the computer or tablet. The children then need to simply log in as normal with their GLOW account. eg. gw14…….
