Home learning hedgehog!

T

Teigan created this amaaaaaaaaazing hedgehog from a book she was otherwise going to throw away! What a lovely idea. I’ll treasure it, Teigan.

Boys and girls, please bring in any little home learning projects you’ve been working on. We’d all love to hear about them!

Reminder – Europe projects are due in next week Wed 27th.

P6 Euro Quiz

We had so much fun taking part in this Euro Quiz yesterday.  It was challenging and difficult but we learned a lot of interesting facts and new skills during the preparation for the quiz. There were 4 rounds and 55 questions in total and we came 8th out of 15 teams. In March we will  have our own class euro quiz and we are so excited for it!

Europe topic and Euro Quiz!

Some of the class will be taking part in the national Euro Quiz competition next week, so today we undertook a Kahoot! quiz to check our understanding of the EU and how it works.

We will also hold our own class quiz about Europe in March to showcase what we have learned. Keep reading news sites and newspapers, boys and girls, in order to stay up to day with topical news!

Have a safe weekend and happy Beat Boxing! Remember BYOD on MOnday.

Miss Mac.

Star of the Week – Caitlin!

This week’s Star Pupil in P6b is Caitlin! Caitlin has worked so hard from Christmas to take on an even larger role within class discussions and and activities and we’re all so proud of her. Her classmates added some extra compliments too!

Miss Mac.
