We took part in an experiment to understand how chemical reactions take place.

We used: bicarbonate soda, white vinegar and water.

We added a small amount of water and vinegar to a small beaker. We then added a tea spoonful of bicarbonate soda to the beaker. The mixture started to bubble and froth and in some cases even spilled out over the top!
