Thank you to Mr Storrie for coming along to start our health week off with Bootcamp.  P5a and P5b had a lot of fun participating in lots of fun exercise and learning about sugar in drinks.

This Wednesday is National Numeracy Day!  To celebrate this week for our maths homework we will complete Education City Games.

On Wednesday from 3pm -3.30pm there will be a Play Live Education City contest in the hall after school for children and families to participate.  Come along and join us if you can!

Thank you to Mrs Guy and the Digital Leaders for showcasing the great technology opportunities we have in St. Mark’s! 

Last week P5 took their maths outside for some outdoor learning using natural materials!  In teams they took on challenges related to fractions and worked well together.  

Yesterday Ms Melvin the Woodwind teacher came into our class to demonstrate some instruments for us.   The instruments on offer are; clarinet, saxophone and flute. Children who are interested should complete the form handed out today and return to the school office.  Lessons would begin in Primary 6 in August.  

It is lovely to see the class back happy and refreshed after the Spring Break.  Here they are taking part in the Daily Mile.  What a way to waken us up on the first day back!
