During Friday Choice Time the boys and girls were rewarded for all their hard work this week with lots of fun choice activities.
I created a survey for the class on their favourite author. 17 people votes for Roald Dahl. I made a graph on google slides.

We have been learning about what babies need in health and wellbeing. Today we used the data collected from our class survey to create graphs on google sheets.
Today we used what we have learned about fractions to make fraction pizzas first we created a recipe then made our pizzas.
We have been learning about the features of a newspaper report. Today we create our success criteria by highlighting identified features in others news reports. This week we are creating a news report on the first man on the moon! The boys and girls are so t about the subject they want to research more about space!
We have been working our way round stations learning all about fractions.
We are developing the skill of pencil rolls in our PE Gymnastics unit, today it was so sunny that we took out learning outside to practise on the playground hills.
Over the last few weeks we have been learning all about inherited characteristics in animals and humans. We had great fun using mirrors to look and see the colour of our hair and eyes and the shape of our ears. We also enjoyed seeing if we could twirl our tongues.
