As the days grow a little brighter, the children have been busy noticing the signs of spring<\/strong> around them. We\u2019ve been spotting new buds on trees, listening for birds, and looking closely at the changes in our outdoor areas. These seasonal changes are creating many wonderful learning opportunities both indoors and outdoors, as well as during our visits in the local community. The children are showing great curiosity and enthusiasm as they explore, observe, and talk about what they see. \n<\/strong>World Book Day was a wonderful success in the nursery, with the children enjoying a range of fun activities celebrating stories and books. Many children came dressed as their favourite characters, and it was lovely to see their excitement as they shared their costumes and talked about the stories they love. Throughout the day we explored books together, listened to stories, and took part in imaginative play inspired by our favourite characters. It was a fantastic opportunity to celebrate the joy of reading and storytelling together!<\/p>\n
\n<\/strong>Please find attached our planned menu change for next Thursday 26th February. The allergy information is included to enable your child to select a suitable option.\u00a0 However, if you require further allergy or dietary information, please contact your catering team via the school office. If you have completed a lifestyle meal request form a suitable alternative will be provided.<\/p>\n
\n<\/strong>Voluntary contributions to our nursery fund play a valuable role in enriching the experiences we can offer the children. While core activities are always provided, these contributions help us go further\u2014supporting special resources, workshops, outings, and creative projects that spark curiosity and make learning even more exciting. Every contribution, no matter the size, directly benefits the children by providing opportunities that enhance their development and enjoyment at nursery. We appreciate your involvement and engagement with all aspects of nursery life and look forward to working with you again this year. \n<\/strong>We love celebrating the children\u2019s achievements both in nursery and at home, and we\u2019d be delighted if you could share special moments from outside of nursery too.
