House points are awarded for displaying our school values: courage, compassion, respect, responsibility, fairness and friendship. As a reward to say well done, we are going to celebrate with a Games Morning on Monday 8th December. There will be a mix of board games, party games and team games and also a chance to challenge their friends on the PlayStation or Nintendo Switch! Children should wear their normal school uniform that day but can wear a self-coloured Yellow House T- shirt instead of their shirt or polo shirt, if they would like.

Christmas Party dates and arrangements
To celebrate the end of Term 2, all our classes will have a party during the school day. On your child’s party day, your child can ‘dress as you please’. Also, thank you again to the office and teaching staff for your support.

After an earlier start with our Cauliflower designs this year, we anticipated an earlier delivery of our orders. However, due to Cauliflower Cards contracting a new courier company, our forms were collected much later than planned. However, we hope that festive greeting cards were still in time for sending out some good cheer.

We are aware that one box of mugs got damaged during transit. This is the first time we have experienced this with a mug order. Please do email us at netherleepta@gmail.com if you have received a broken mug.

The brand new playing card production line has run slower than anticipated this year and as a result Cauliflower Cards have decided to dispatch all other products ahead of the playing cards so that we can distribute them without further delay. As a result the playing cards will be delivered next week and we will sort and distribute these as soon as we receive it.

We can recommend Cauliflower Cards for their exceptional customer service and quality products. On behalf of our supplier we ask that you accept our sincere apologies for any inconvenience caused by these unexpected production and courier delays.

We want to thank each and everyone who have supported our fundraising efforts with this project.

Thank you.

Celebrating Children’s Achievements
We always enjoy celebrating our children’s achievements, both in and out of school however, this session, we are making some changes to this process after speaking to groups of children and getting feedback from them.

Any out of school and any in-school achievements will now be displayed proudly on our lovely new House display boards. Please drop by to have a look any time you are in school, these are located in the link corridor leading off the atrium. These achievements can be big or small as we recognise that even what may appear as a small achievement to one person can be a huge success to another e.g. Learning to ride a bike or gaining a badge at swimming. In order to submit the information about your child’s out of school achievements, please complete the Google Form using the link below. Please note the link will feature each week in our Friday newsletter and you are welcome to send in achievements at any time.

Achievements Outside of School Google Form

No photographs are required.
