\nWe have a large number un-named items which will be displayed inside the front door for you to look through. If these are not claimed by the last day of term, we will be happy to recycle them.
\nMedication & Sun Cream
\n<\/strong>Please remember to collect any medication and sun cream on your child\u2019s last day of attendance.<\/p>\n
\n<\/strong>We are all looking forward to some sunshine next week and will be having a range of Beach Themed fun. If possible, please send in a small towel and change of clothes for water play on that day. We will also be offering glitter \u201ctattoos\u201d if children would like them.\u00a0 Please let us know at drop off if you don\u2019t want your child to have a tattoo<\/strong>. If your child does not normally attend on a Tuesday at this time, they are very welcome to come along to join in from 9.30 \u2013 11am.\u00a0 The children will be offered fruit snacks and an ice cream cone (we are already aware of any intolerances and allergies).<\/p>\n
\n<\/strong>On behalf of the entire school and nursery community, we would like to say a huge thank you to Handri, Michelle and all of the volunteer parents who have helped as part of the PTA. Your hard work, time, and generosity have made a lasting impact on our children and staff. We are truly grateful for everything you do to help our school and nursery thrive each session.<\/p>\n
\n<\/strong>As the school year draws to a close we would like to send a heartfelt thankyou to the members of the Parent Council, who have diligently worked in partnership with the PTA, the Leadership Team and various members of staff to build a strong, supportive community ethos. Special thanks to our outgoing Parent Council Chairpersons\u2013 Harriet Boyle and Gillian Gray for a fantastic job over the last 2 years, it has been a pleasure to work with you both.\u00a0 Also, thank you very much to Victoria Pearson who has been the PC Secretary for the last 2 years too and to Michelle Borland for the production of the very information Parent Council Newsletters as well.<\/p>\n
\n<\/strong>A huge thank you to all the parents and families who support us with their attendance at Stay and Plays, sports activities and special events throughout the year.\u00a0 We really appreciate your level of participation. We close our \u201cthank you\u201d messages by mentioning our fantastic parent Mrs Helen Cross who inspires our learners with opportunities for connecting with nature, learning about biodiversity, growing food and the joy of gardening! Helen has worked tirelessly with a range of children throughout the year to help improve our gardens and communal green spaces. Thank you Helen and thank you again to all.<\/p>\n
\n<\/strong>We\u2019re at the end of another year and we\u2019ve hugely enjoyed chairing the Parent Council, the vital link between the school leadership team and parents and carers. We would love to see new members for the 2025-26 session, to ensure we continue to represent everyone\u2019s views. If you\u2019re interested in learning more about school and nursery improvement work, discussing community issues that impact on the school, and engaging more closely with the staff team, please join us at our first meeting for the new term on Wednesday, 3rd September.
