BINGO

Today some of us were focusing on the numbers 20-30. To help with our recognition of these numbers, we played BINGO! When Mrs Stephenson read our number out, we had to cover it and the person to cover all of their numbers first was the winner! We enjoyed it so much that we asked if we could play again tomorrow 😁

Dinosaurs πŸ¦• πŸ¦–

This morning we joined a digital school session on dinosaurs. Fiona from the National Museum of Scotland asked us questions and showed us some amazing fossils. From T-Rex teeth to dinosaur poo, it was really interesting. Did you know a T-Rex jaw is 5 feet long? They also has 60 serrated teeth! But that’s not half as scary as this bunch! Grrrrrrrrrrrr.

Soaperheroes

This week we had a chance to check how important it is to wash our hands properly.Β  After rubbing some Bug Lotion on our hands, we have checked how germs would spread- our hands glowed under the UV light. We then split into two groups to test what is more effective: washing hands with soap and water or hand sanitising. The results were clear… Wash your hands with soap and water whenever possible. We then learned how to wash our hands following six simple steps to become Soaperheroes and defeat germs.
