We had a great time on the pitch at the Sponsored Stations. Thank you to Brandon and the S6 students from Mearns Castle for organising.

We collected some of the fallen autumn leaves to create a piece of art.

We used the dried leaves to represent the quills of a hedgehog in our art. Look out for our hedgehogs on our classroom windows.

Thinking ahead to next term and our Cinema Trip, we decorated cupcakes in the style of a minion. We are looking forward to ‘escaping school’ for a couple of hours to see Minions: The Rise of Gru.

We celebrated a birthday in our class today. Here is the birthday boy posing in our birthday hat and sunglasses. 😎

We have started working on our multiplication tables. We used Cheerios to create arrays representing the facts of the 2x table.  An array in maths is an arrangement of objects, numbers or pictures in columns or rows.

Congratulations to our newly appointed class representatives for Pupil Council, Sustainability Committee and Global Citizenship Committee. We’re sure that you will have a successful year!
