We filled our time capsule with self portraits, photographs and pieces of writing about our likes and dislikes.

In writing, we wrote letters to Frank and Peter asking them to help us to bury our time capsule.

We buried it today and will dig it up at the end of primary 3 to see how we have grown and developed.

Social Studies

This term, we are working on Social Studies with Mrs Short. We are investigating People, Past Events and Societies through the context of The Ancient Egyptians. Here we are having a go at making our own papyrus.

Reading

We took advantage of the autumn sunshine and enjoyed reading our new books with a buddy outdoors.

Writing

We commemorated the life of Queen Elizabeth II by writing the tale of when Paddington joined her for afternoon tea at Buckingham Palace to celebrate her Platinum Jubilee.
