Each week we are learning three new sounds. On top of this, we are also reading and building words. Mrs Stephenson was very impressed with our board work today

Virtual assembly
This afternoon we have our first virtual assembly. We are finding it very funny!
We have been given our first house challenge which we are excited about. We need to try and take really funny pictures and upload these to google classroom by next Thursday . We cannot wait to see everyone’s photographs!
Morning routine
We are now fantastic with our morning routine. We take off our jackets, put our snacks in snack boxes and put our bags in their house box. If we are a packed lunch we put this on the trolley and then we place lunch orders on the board 
Winners
Well done to 1.4 for winning best line last week 
As our reward, we get to keep the trophy in our classroom 
Number work
We have been having some more fun with number! We worked together and made an egg box abacus, placing the correct amount of beads at each number. We were fantastic at this We also used our counting skills to paint dots on a number line
