Today consolidated our learning on data by completing a range of practical tasks. We created a range of graphs, read data and collected data.
In Maths, we have been learning of interpret a range of a data. On Wednesday we took part in a human Venn Diagram. Today we looked at a Carroll Diagram and we enjoyed having a competition to come up with as many of our own ideas andย answers for the set criteria.
We had such a wonderful afternoon sharing our time capsules with the class. I loved finding out more about everyone and seeing all your lovely photos, toys, important items, drawings and favourite food. Well done for creating your time capsules and thank you for all the amazing STEM photos on Google Classroom!
Round two! Yesterday we went outdoors and continued developing our team work and problem solving skills. We had to work together to create different buildings with set criteria. We used construction materials like Kapla, K-Nex, blocks and building sticks.
We also went a walk round our school and wrote about what we could see and hear from our walk. We also collected materials from outside to make our own transient art. We used sticks and leaves to make owls.
Another fabulous day outdoors!

We had a fabulous day doing lots of STEM activities outside. We went on a scavenger hunt, played games, completed maths questions on the ground using chalk, made dens and had hot chocolate! What a brilliant day!
