We are currently enjoying our movie afternoon organised by the school. We chose to watch the film “Despicable Me 2”. We pretended we were in the cinema and turned the lights off and enjoyed scoffing popcorn.

Last week we went on a bear hunt! We enjoyed reading the story together, doing a little role play and acting out the different situations and places in the story and then we made our own maps for the locations.

We had a ball!

Today was our last coding session for Mearns Masters. We created celebration games with different criteria. Some of us chose to create a Christmas game, others chose a birthday party game. We created characters and backgrounds and then used code to make them move and change. Our games look fabulous!

As a little gift, we have been making salt dough decorations to take home next week and hang on our trees or in our bedrooms. We still need to finish them off, but we have really enjoyed painting them.

We looked fabulous for our party yesterday. We had lots of fun at our party with P2.6. Before the party started, we made lovely Christmas cards for one another. ✉️
