Headspace

This is a really good app to help you wind down and take the time to just relax before you sleep or anytime you want. Everyone can do it and it is great with your family! Just taking a few minutes a day can really change your mood and clear all your unhappy thoughts away. I personally like to try mindfulness before a big test is happening.
