Hi Everyone. It’s Numaa here. On the 23rd March 2020 was the first day Boris Johnson made announcements for tougher restrictions/lockdown to start. This day marks one whole year of us living differently in this pandemic. It has been a tough year for some and for some has been an opportunity to try out different hobbies and interests. Mental Health has been a huge part of this as well and has affected everybody in different ways. I will be continuing to update my blog to share nice mental health/positive quotes with you all! This is a really good app to help you wind down and take the time to just relax before you sleep or anytime you want. Everyone can do it and it is great with your family! Just taking a few minutes a day can really change your mood and clear all your unhappy thoughts away. I personally like to try mindfulness before a big test is happening.
