The monthly Learning Together calendar and a booklet on Play have been available for families to collect in the morning, please ensure that you pick up your copies at drop off time.

We have a giant Sedum in the nursery playground which has been covered in bees over the last few weeks.

The children love counting them and one sunny day we found 24 on it at the one time. Even on a rainy day like today we found 5.

The children have enjoyed looking at them under magnifying glasses and learning all about them.

They have used great vocabulary to describe them with words like: fuzzy, stripey, busy, hairy, fast and many more.

We are looking forward to learning more about the bees and following their adventures!
