Congratulations to all my little Superstars and a huge thank you to all those parents/ grandparents who supported the children in learning their words.
If you were able to come along this morning, I am sure you will agree that each and every one of the children did us proud.
Well done!
Yesterday it was Halloween and we had lots of fun!
We dooked for apples, made ghost lollipops and created skeleton picture out of cotton buds. We also made pumpkin magnets, scary masks, had a bit of a boogie to some Halloween songs, and even took photos of each other wearing some Halloween props.
A few pupils from Mr Tyler’s class came along to teach us some of the Halloween songs that they had written. They were excellent!
Last week we very busy in Primary 2. We took part in our Rights Respecting School Masterclasses.
We did lots of fun things as we learned about our rights to think and believe what we want, and to use the language and customs of our families.
We learned about the Five Pillars of Islam, about some of the ceremonies that take place in a Christian church, about the Buddhist custom of meditation and finally about the importance of music in the Hindu faith.
It was lots of fun!
Join us on our learning journey!
