Apologies!  I made a little movie about Sir Hugo’s visit, but have had technical problems putting it on to our blog. In the meantime, here are some photos of his visit.

He was a  highly entertaining knight and was very impressive with his knowledge. He was also very funny. He explained that his chain mail is the same weight as a small child. The helmet was also very heavy. He talked about hunting and birds of prey.  He also jousted.   He told us all about castles and he was equally impressed with our knowledge.

He showed us how to do archery. The bow was heavy. We scored 24 points and came second in the Primary 2 challenge.
