We looked at different ice pictures to understand why living things cannot survive in winter. We looked at the pictures over the day and took the temperature with a digital thermometer at points throughout the day. The smells were wonderful!

Thanks. The children really enjoyed seeing the different things in the ice to see if they would survive the winter. We also watched a clip from “Frozen” with Olaf looking forward to summer.
