Primary 1.4 and Primary 1.2 have been learning some Scottish ceilidh dances together. We are getting very good at dancing and we are having great fun!

Primary 1.4 have been learning some Scottish ceilidh dances in the gym with Primary 1.2. Primary 5 lent us the music that they are getting ready for their Burns Supper – we learned very quickly and had great fun!

Mystery Minibeast
We have been using a digital microscope to take a closer look at some of the minibeasts we have collected. We have used it to make video clips and take photos.
Can you help us identify this insect? We’re not sure what it is – perhaps a Devil’s Coach Horse beetle?
Anyway, it behaved perfectly on its visit to school and has now gone back home to Ms Galt’s garden.
Macmillan Coffee Morning
We all enjoyed our Macmillan Coffee Morning (in the afternoon!) and are glad that we raised lots of money for the charity. Thanks to all our families for supporting the event.
