We have been using a digital microscope to take a closer look at some of the minibeasts we have collected.  We have used it to make video clips and take photos.

Can you help us identify this insect? We’re not sure what it is  – perhaps a Devil’s Coach Horse beetle?

Anyway, it behaved perfectly on its visit to school and has now gone back home to Ms Galt’s garden.

We all enjoyed our Macmillan Coffee Morning (in the afternoon!)  and are glad that we raised lots of money for the charity.  Thanks to  all our families for supporting the event.
