STEM Fortnight Visitor

During STEM Fortnight we were visited by Mrs Jamil who told us all about renewable energies. In the morning Primary 2 all listened to an interesting presentation.

Later in the afternoon, Mrs Jamil came to our class to plan, design, build and test a wind turbine.

She gave us card, some sticks and a cork. We worked as a team to design and build a wind blade.

Then she used a multimeter to measure which wind turbine generated the most wind. She told us P2.6 generated the most wind. 🙂

Miss Khan named us ‘little engineers’ and was very proud of our team work.

Thank you for visiting us Mrs Jamil.
